Hi, I’m Aleksandra. I am an Onsite Account Manager based in Milton Keynes. I started my journey with ACS on International Women’s Day in March2022, and I started as an Engagement Lead. Just over year later, I got promoted to an Account Manager position.
I have previous experience in recruitment and I’m a strong believer in what you give is what you get.
Even without any previous experience, I am proud that I was awarded recruiter of the year within 6 months of joining my first company. I love to build great relationships with people overall and help where I can, and I believe that things happen for a reason. This means that even if something doesn’t go my way, I will take that as a lesson, rather than loss.
My hobbies are anything beauty related. I studied hairdressing and a variety of beauty courses. I love animals and nature, and in my free time, I love to explore new destinations as well as learning new things/languages.
