Hello, I’m Simone and I'm ACS Recruitment’s Head of Managed Services. I began my career at ACS Recruitment ten years ago. I started working for the company as an apprentice, and since then, I've progressed and grown in several departments. As part of my responsibilities, I oversee and lead the managed service team which include the onsite, industrial, and resource divisions on a branch and managed service basis.
I provide support and assist the Industrial Consultants, Account Managers and Candidate Success team in order to support the full sales, resourcing, and servicing cycle for our portfolio. We strive in partnering and setting the standard for providing temporary workers to our industrial clients in and around Northampton, and we are successful in doing so.
