I look after one of our biggest clients, John Lewis - MP3 and the new John Lewis department in Waitrose. As an onsite account manager, I work with a small team, where I support all our candidates throughout their journey.
I have seven years' worth of customer service experience and managing people. In all I do, the key is to build strong and lasting relationships with everyone I work with.
